The Standard at Copperfield

I moved here June of 2023 and my apartment was brand new and I loved that. It was quiet, peaceful and most days I had the pool all to myself. Then after about a year more people started moving in with kids. That's when I noticed how thin the walls were. Some guy above me was turning on some type of machine at 12pm at night. But far as the staff and crew they are amazing. They need cameras in the pool area because it gets awfully rowdy when staff leaves for the day.

Wonderful experience with Prose; excellent staff and maintenance team. Easy and smooth move in process and simple and convenient when it’s coming to getting maintenance with any issues in the apartment

It’s great place to live, the apartment sizes are huge. There is a lots of parking spaces. If you want a town house, that is available too. Great place for your dog. There’s two dog parks on premises. Electric vehicles friendly, with a few chargers around the premises.

The staff is super friendly and responsive! The location is also really convenient, with great access to Grocery stores,restaurants & shopping Overall, I'm really happy with my apartment!

Unfortunately the quality of the property has gone down. People leave trash outside in the hallway on off trash pick up days. The neighbors are very loud.
