The Timbers

Going into my 4th year at the Timbers and I'm so happy to be staying. I love the apartment and I LOVE the people that work here! They're always super kind and helpful and I honestly don't know what I would do without them working to help me at every turn like they have. They're the absolute BEST! Always on top of maintenance requests, always courteous about packages, and always willing to answer the dumb questions I have for them. I LOVE the Timbers and I could never recommend them enough!

I lived here for two and a half years during my graduate degree. The staff was absolutely amazing — very personable, got to know them all on a first-name basis quickly, felt comfortable walking into the office for a normal chat. One time in particular, somebody did a hit and run on my car, and the top maintenance lady knew who hit my car and reported it on my behalf, all because she knew the residents so well! The staff was so chill that I was even able to keep a bird, two pet rats, and a fish... without paying any additional fees, which was a total plus!
The rent was very affordable as a graduate assistant. The location is close enough to main campus to where you can leave about thirty minutes before class and get there in time, but far enough away to where you have some separation from campus life (which is nice as a grad student).
I got to help rescue baby opossums and a turtle at this apartment, I’ve been able to help alongside fellow neighbors identify a lost cat for their own, I’ve enjoyed many relaxing days on my patio, and I’ve felt incredibly safe outside at night here. The population is mostly small families and couples, so it’s very quiet and peaceful. I’ve never had any problems or quarrels with anybody living here.
I greatly miss living at this location — I would move back if I could. If you are moving to Huntsville, consider this apartment. It was a great home for me and many others, and I know it would be for you, too. Lee mas

A great place to call home! The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs. They are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The pool area is lovely and always clean. If I lived here alone, which I do not, but if I did, I wouldn’t feel safer anywhere else. Thanks guys for all the work that you do!

I’ve stayed in a few apartments during my time here and this was the first place that made me actually want to renew, which I did. Maintenance team is amazing, fast, and professional. I don’t know the woman’s name but she seems like one of the main people for maintenance and I wanna give her a shoutout bc she is always so nice, this place is lucky to have her. The management team, price, and apartments themselves were also great, way better than other apartments

This is my very first apartment. I lived here for almost 2 years and the office girls were incredibly nice and understanding and were never ever rude. The apartment itself has a great location, and the only reason why I’m leaving is because it just became to pricey. Overall, great staff, maintenance fixed all of our problems with pretty much no issue and they were always patient. Like I said, they became a little too expensive for my taste and we had a small pest problem. (But it’s expected... since it IS summer). Lee mas
