same old same old of loud cars leaving, music playing loud all the time. the only thing that has improved is maintenance hasn’t been taking as long recently.

Yali has been such a great help to ensure such a smooth move in process. She provides great feedback and always has an answer to everything.

Clean and safe neighborhood. The community pool is overused most of the time. I believe the tenants' guests are not being checked properly. My experience with maintenance is a bit off because the action to my request is not that good. It was reported resolved in the platform, when in reality it wasn't. The gym must be upgraded. There were no barbells or dumbbells, which is typical for a community gym. Also, I've noticed that the gym is accessible to everyone even if they are not... residents/tenants. I believe this can be a safety concern.

Very slow about maintenance calls. Leave trash cans, with trash, of other people who have moved out already outside for months. Make you pay for pest control but pest control never comes. They have a really bad problem with ants and some big roaches. Pool is always closed.

The apartments are nice, but the leasing administration just don't care about residents suggestions or concerns. The share amenities are run down
