Great location and beautiful neighborhood. The windows are very outdated so there is no weather or sound insulation. I can hear people walking by and I can feel the heat or cold like the windows are open

Been here for more than 2 years and I absolutely love it here, I enjoy my daily walks around the lake. New Management is focusing on improving the experience by organizing events

It’s been great. Crystal from the leasing office had shared all the details and made the move easy. She has been of great help from day one and answered all my questions.
So then moving day was a cake walk.

Cardboard Recycling Issue
Few people are breaking-down their cardboard before putting it into the recycling dumpster, causing unnecessary overflowing. The community management should at the very least put up a sign at the dumpster that all cardboard should be broken-down, and they should enforce it.

La Villita has very good neighborhoods, I am enjoying stay in this community, I like the facility and lake view, and also Champions trail that accessible from this community, I will love to extend my residency in this community
