I’ve loved living here! I have been a resident for a little over 4 years. I enjoy the pool and it stays clean. I also enjoy the quick maintenance as well

Maintenance in the pool area . This pass weekend trash was not taken out . The pool was dirty from the flowers. There is sign that the pool hours are from 10a-10pm. Security came at 9pm to let us know was closed.

Thank you for your feedback. Due to the noise level at the pool we are now closing the pool at 9:00 p.m. Multiple notices have been sent out via the portal. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I will look into the... landscaping issue and see if we can not cut back some of the Crepe Myrtles.

Slow response to repair, closing service request w/o fixing it. No WiFi in lounge area. Dirty and missing/damaged items when moved in. Staff asked me to remind them to do their work.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry there were some issues with your move in. I will be reaching out directly to you to get more detail. We do respond to work orders with in 48 business hours, work order requests are put on hold if parts are... needed and closed if they require a vendor for the work. I will see where the miscommunication was and fix it.
We also have wifi in our business center, clubhouse, game room and office area; it is password protected so you will need to speak to someone in the office to obtain the password.

The best thing about this place is its location—close to everything. Amenities are decent, but the gym is too small for the size of the community and only gets deep cleaned once a year. The same person who cleans the common areas maintains the pool, and while he tries, the pools are often dirty. I've never seen a professional pool service here. Some residents are friendly, but others are inconsiderate—leaving trash, not picking up after dogs, throwing messy pool parties, and dumping junk in the... mailroom. Management claims there's a courtesy officer and professional pool cleaning—neither is true. The entrance gate was damaged by someone sneaking in and has been broken for five days. Some gate codes don't work either.

We are appreciative of your feedback. Lenox Reserve has a great location and is a wonderful community. We invite anyone out to take a look at our facilities for themselves. Our fitness center is very spacious and thoroughly cleaned every Monday... with touch ups daily, with all our amenities. We h ave several onsite team members that are CPO certified that maintain our pools. It is a highly used amenity and requires allot of attention. We agree, just like everywhere, there are fantastic responsible residents as well as those that are not so much. We do not have a courtesy officer nor a professional pool cleaning company and to my knowledge never have. So I am unsure where that information was obtained, but it is incorrect. We do have onsite team members and an extensive monitoring system throughout the community. One of our 3 gates was recently stuck by someone leaving the community and has since been repaired. The Lenox Reserve is a great place to call home with a team that actually cares about the community. Come on out and see for yourself.

It’s been a few weeks since I moved in, and everything has been great. I few maintenance things that need attending to, but they were on top of putting in a work order as soon as I mentioned it. Great amenities (including a legit dog bath room with two stations that I stumbled upon the other day!). Gym has everything you’d need…could use another treadmill or two, especially for the size of the community. Great community of people. Feels safe. A lot of people don’t pick up after their dog (which,... as a dog-owner, I don’t understand…) but that’s on the irresponsible owners, not the complex. The leasing agents at the front have been super helpful. Excited to keep getting settled in here.
