My unit was not cleaned or repaired from the previous tenants. Floor peeling up in kitchen, multiple massive holes in the walls, not repainted. Hair and other remnants left in both bathrooms, shower shelves were disgusting. Door was not even locked when we moved in. Floor unit with broken window sucking all of the air out. We moved in 9/21- office was made aware that day, unfortunately after many emails, calls and the maintenance teams not showing up, none of these issues were properly resolved... until 10/6. Currently still waiting for the apartment to approve the window companies estimate to this day.
I would also like to note I asked for a $406 concession AFTER 10 days of these issues not being addressed. Vanessa never reached out to ask what was going on, or to hear me out- just immediately called me and said my only options were to accept a one time credit of $250 or I could “give her my 30 day notice now”. What a shame this nice, new property is being ran into the ground due to a horrible manager.
I was also told by maintenance that the entire team (besides him and a young trainee) quit 2 days before I moved in, while I understand complications occur- we toured this unit back at the end of July- AFTER the old tenants moved out and it was received in the same exact condition. Maybe talk with your employees to see what exactly the issue is.
