The Sarah by ARIUM

I recently moved in to find that they had not painted my apartment and i had stains and scuffs all over my walls. All they did was put spots of paint everywhere and of course it is a disaster because I have splotchy walls in my brand new apartment. ISNT MANAGEMENT SUPPOSED TO WALK APARTMENTS BEFORE RESIDENTS MOVE IN??

the pipes under my kitchen sink keep falling off! the maintenance supervisor told me it was normal?! My dishwasher did not even work! I had standing water in my dishwasher! I... went into the office and they told me to go home and download the app and do it online because they dont accept work orders!

Then I had them take my unloaded fully packed move in box that i had not moved completely inside yet, full of personal possessions and the maintenance is keeping them and all my personal items and claiming I must have not wanted it - even though it was clearly on my front porch...they went out of their way to take it and management is LYING TO COVER IT UP! A wonderful place to stay,beautiful apartments,beuatiful view, peaceful and great management.

I had 2 issues arise that needed to be fixed. The Sarah employees saw to it in a timely manner.

Management is friendly, on top of things and always available, I chose this property over another that was close by that had fancier options. But the management was not easy to work with. Staff is very important to me and pricing, I was willing to give up the few extras for that great management team at my new home. I am very happy to be here and look forward to a long stay!

The Sarah is a wonderful place to live
