Indian Creek Apartments

My apartment is so wonderful. I love it here. The office is super helpful, and they take care of any maintenance issues quickly. This place is not just an apartment, its home.

My experience at this place is horrible. The manager is super super super rude. Every single resident I know complains about how rude she is. When you go to report anything to her, she either ignores you, yells at you or reminds you that the you can't complain about anything because the rent is so cheap!
If you want to verify how rude and aggressive the manager is, just go through the comments and reviews and it will confirm my review.
Never try to rent any apartment here, it is a horrible... place! Lee mas

I have been living at Indian Creek Apartments for almost 20 years and intend to stay another 20. The management is very responsive and polite. Anytime I have had a repair needed the maintenance team have responded with in 24 hours, usually in much less time.

Any complaints are handled quickly and professionally.

Needed the flooring replaced and it was done quickly and efficiently. The apartment is beautiful with the new flooring and carpet.

Really love living here in Indian Creek Apartments!

When I was relocating from Wisconsin to Texas, I counted on the apartment manager in this Lubbock apartment complex to help handle everything for me before I even moved. She reserved a one-bedroom apartment (lower level since I have a polio leg and have trouble climbing stairs). She also managed to find me one in her complex that has the door right by a parking space (so my elderly father won't have trouble walking when he comes to visit me). I love how it is located on a park, so I can take... a walk in the shade of the trees and watch the ducks at the lake. I have a good heating and A/C system, a fireplace, big bathroom with W/D, a huge bedroom, and a sliding glass door that goes to my own patio. The kitchen and living room are open concept. The city bus stops right in front of the complex. I also love that, since this city has a large teaching hospital, there are residents from several countries who live here in order to work or study at the University Hospital/Med. School. I feel safe here, and well, pretty darn happy. Oh, and did I mention that if you pay your rent early, your name gets put in the hopper for a chance to win a discount on the next month's rent! Lee mas
