Avoid!
**I want to preface this that Trish has been amazing**
Moved in December ‘24 and my heater didn’t work. Staff gave me space heaters for over a month causing my electric bill to be almost $400. Then it started getting warm and now my ac has been out since beginning of April. I spoke to the manager (Amy) 5/1 and she said they would have an answer about replacing with a new HVAC unit or a used one and still have not heard anything nor has anything been done. Roach infested, loud and obnoxious... residents all day and all night. When touring, I asked about other fees that would be charged and was told only $70 “amenity fee” but then got allocated bills as well, which I don’t mind but I specifically asked about it and was told everything was included in the $70 fee. They charge $15 for renters insurance unless you have your own but don’t tell you all the information to not be charged their fee.
Yeah, they have lots of amenities but hopefully you don’t work 830-5 because that’s when they (fitness center, business center, etc) can be used.
Previous resident smoked in the unit and I have burn marks all over my counters and sinks, nicotine stained walls and gross old carpet that was pulling up and missing padding when I moved in, broken and missing tile around the fireplace that still had the previous residents ashes in it. Water pressure is awful and lucky to get a full shower and completely rinse your hair or even enough pressure to wash dishes since the appliances are old and my dishwasher has never worked.
Learn from my mistake and spend a little more for a better place and management. Office phone is never on or if it rings through, rarely gets answered and they are always changing the number.
The end of my lease can’t get here quick enough.
Frustrating is an understatement considering they charged me $770 for a deposit with as many issues as I have had.
