Great apartment complex. Super convenient, right across from campus. The rooms are nice and there are decent amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a solo apartment near Tech

In general, I love staying here in the apartment. But the cost is the main reason I frequently question whether or not it is worth staying, and it doesn't help that the price keeps on rising. The maintenance workers are top notch, and quickly get their work done. The pool, for some reason, is still dirty and closed; which has been for a while now. And parking is ok, but once again is going up more than it should. In general, it's great to be here, but I feel that the people in charge are... overcharging us just for being located across the street from campus.

We understand that pricing is a concern, and while we do... our best to manage increases, we also aim to maintain and improve the community as a whole.

The pool situation is definitely not ideal, and we’re actively working to get it cleaned and reopened as soon as possible. We’ll be sure to keep everyone updated.

The updated gym is great! The new running machine is excellent—smooth, quiet, and easy to use. I really appreciate the improvements; it makes working out much more enjoyable. Looking forward to trying the rest of the new equipment!
