Maple Court Apartments

Im a current tenant and Im very happy with my unit .Is very big and nice .maintenance and managers are very helpful and take care of our needs immediately .It also includes a lot of extras like premium cable and high speed internet. I can walk to get my groceries and meds across the street. I feel very safe here with my kids.

renovated apartments !!!! super new super clean !! best deal you will not find a better one in the area! attentive staff! New apartment manager is awesome! I get a response to my issues accordingly. I really could not say anything but good things about this place ! I am told Darien is no longer working there (not complaining) . maintenance men always happy to help and always on time! Always clean outside. staff constantly working to keep improving. I recommend this place to anyone who is... looking to rent nice apartments awesome price! Lee mas

These apts are a very good place to live for anybody they have all bills included (light,water,internet,cable,and trash) so you don't have to worry about bills as long as you pay your rent. they are super close by to the grocery store and to alot of businesses. they are very safe, McAllen PD is super close-by.

they have maintenance and on-site laundromat.

overall you cannot get a better deal unless you can find somewhere to live for free with all those utilities included lol

The new owners and manager Darrien is a terrible excuse for a human being. A week after they took over they started making water conservation improvements. From this point on I never had hot water. I would text and all I would get is "someone will go check" and still come home to COLD water. I finally threatened to withhold my rent and told other renters they had that right and suddenly plumbers started appearing everywhere after three months. The next improvement was wifi. I already had wifi... but still allowed them to enter and do what they needed to do. They put a hole in my wall. I immediately took a picture and messaged Darrien. All he said was ok. Later this hole in the wall would be used as a reason to not return my $350 deposit.
a week past and one day I came home to my dog out of his cage and the cage flung across the floor. He was crying, trembling, and throwing up. My living room was destroyed with wires and marks on the walls. Darrien had given some wifi company the keys to my apartment and allowed them to enter without notifying me. He was also not present on the grounds. These people abused my dog. When I confronted Darrien about it, he said they had every right to enter the apartment. they don't unless its an emergency repair. Darrien told me he could enter my apartment without permission anytime he wanted. Your privacy will not be respected here. After I had my dog checked out I got home and realized my personal wifi wasn't working. I called TWC. When the technician got there he told me that the people Darrien and Maple Court hired had cut the lines to my wifi to force me to use theirs. They were also installing TWC illegally and never should have entered my apartment because I already had an account. When I finally got a new place and did the walk through, I was told I would receive my full deposit and the rent owed back to me. (I paid for the full month of August but left with one week left and did not break lease). I waited the two weeks and I had to contact him. He informed me via text that I would not be receiving anything back. Even the overpaid rent. They stated they had to paint the whole apartment. I have since returned to the apartment because I know people that live there. It was not painted and no repairs were made. These people are liars and cheaters and should not be allowed to own anything. Don't be fooled by the cheap price or the young guy in a button up. This place is a scam and you WILL pay the truce price of living here. Lee mas
