Elevate at Sundance

I had lived this apartment complex for few months, I started like it until I looked many people moving from the apartment complex. I asked my self why, now I realize the reason why people decided to move. I am disappointed the way I was tread and I decided to move once my contract ends. I am not going to give any details and reasons why I don't want to live here anymore. Simply, I am moving and I started looking for a better place to move.

Initially, my experience upon moving in was satisfactory. However, the longer you reside there, the more faults become apparent. Issues such as pests, lack of shade around the pool due to palm trees dying in the freeze, and exorbitant move-out costs are notable drawbacks.

We moved here back in March 2022. We do love it here with a few exceptions. Maintenance is awesome anytime we have called there right on it. We only hear the people downstairs here and there so it is fine. It's pretty quiet. Our only 2 complaints are the poop smell. Especially the backnend if the apartment complex where we are. We see people all the time walking there dogs and when they do there business they just walk on by. Sec is the nonexistent lighting in the back area. You need a... flashlight to throw your trash if u go when its dark. The whole back corner is dark as can be. Lee mas

I’ve been here for a year and a few months and hardly have any complaints with this place. The units are nice although the walls are pretty thin. I’ve submitted at least 3 service requests and all were handled in a timely manner. There’s always a “fun” calendar sent out every month and I’m always excited to see all the events front office has planned for the residents! Parking is my only nightmare especially if you live in the front 3 buildings!! And I do realize we’re next to a residential... neighborhood but this place absolutely needs more lighting in the parking lots. Not everyone is a 9-5. Lee mas

Paper thin walls. Terrible security - had 4 packages stolen in 7 months! The gym is dirty, they lock off the AC and it’s usually hotter in there than it is outside. The pool always seems to be closed and the grills are broken. Their valet trash is awful.
