Welcome to Stonegate @ Pecos by Corporate Hospitality Housing, we have just completed the first phase of our beautiful new 3 and 4 bedroom homes in Pecos, TX! We take pride in delivering a top quality product to all of our residents so all of our... homes come standard with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gooseneck kitchen faucet, washers and dryers, ceiling fans in each bedroom, BBQ grills in the backyard, high speed fiber internet service, and DirecTV with multiple channels for your viewing pleasure!

We also offer complimentary weekly housekeeping service and we are set and ready for immediate move in as we come fully furnished with not only all the couches and beds but bed linens and bathroom towels included as well. Not only that, but we also supply all kitchen tools as well with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils!

Corporate Hospitality Housing has kept the environment in mind as well with all LED light fixtures, double pane windows, and water saving toilets to ensure we give back to Mother Earth.

Finally, keeping safety in mind, we have made sure all of our residents safety comes first so we have installed exterior security cameras throughout the property as well as a Ring Doorbell on each house so you can see anytime anyone enters or leaves your house. Also, we previously mentioned, we have also installed LED light fixtures throughout the house which light up the exterior of our community like a ballpark to ensure resident safety and peace of mind.
