Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed on this property. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. To be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in this home. This device is not recording nor storing sound data and only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
The backyard offers a private pool with deck chairs and lounge space and outdoor seating areas. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Plenty of body towels are offered for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
