Sunquest Apartments

They take weeks if not months for repairs. The office personnel and management are incompetent and cannot even response. Parking is horrible. Tenants throw garbage everywhere except in the trash containers. Tenants also throw their old furniture out making the complex look trashy. Management has favoritism among tenants. There is no order or structure in this complex which bottom line is from lack of good management. I do not recommend the complex at all.

I wouldn't advise anyone to live here! Management is terrible. When I moved in the microwave didn't work, blinds were broken, and there were roaches. They never took care of any of these things. On top of that they messed up on our paperwork as well. The property manager and the other lady in the office are completely rude. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I've lived in a few apartment complexes but have never encountered one so awful. The sunquest apartments are pretty, but that's the only positive aspect. There's been a roach problem since before we moved in, we call constantly to have someone come and spray the place but nobody ever comes. Any time you need maintenance, they say they'll send someone but they NEVER do. Any time you need anything done they give you the run around and then when you call them out for giving the run around for... MONTHS, they curtly "apologize" and say they'll send someone "tomorrow". They don't send anyone even tomorrow. There are two older female receptionists who are insanely rude and lazy. They are incompetent and manage to mess up even the smallest things, how this place has functioned for two years is beyond me. The neighbors are LOUD and abusive, you can hear them fighting and screaming daily. Do not move here, believe me, you will regret it. Lee mas

Sunquest is the place to be..great, amenities, location, close to schools, shopping, parks, the staff is always very pleasant, plus it is a quiet area of town. Beautiful 1, 2, & 3 bdrm units....you'll love living here!!!

These apartments are brand new, gated in this small area they are affordable living & beautiful!
