I moved in a few months ago and
Absolutely love living at Stillwell at Avery Centre! Blake and the team have been absolutely fantastic, and the entire staff does an amazing job keeping the community clean and running smoothly. Everything about this experience has been better than I could have asked for as I start this new chapter. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful place to call home!

I walked in expecting another generic tour. I walked out with a signed lease and zero regrets—and that’s entirely thanks to the leasing manager, Giovanni.
From the first handshake, it was clear this wasn’t going to be a sales pitch. Gio has this rare mix of professionalism, personality, and genuine care that makes you feel like you’re already part of the community. No fluff, no pressure—just real answers, real conversation, and an honest passion for the place he represents.
We hadn’t even... finished talking in the office before we were ready to call it. He didn’t rely on flashy buzz words or rehearsed lines—he built trust from the jump and made us feel like this was where we belonged. I didn’t need a second option. We were all in.
Stillwell is an incredible community, and the staff matches that energy

We hadn’t even stepped into a model before Giovanni had us hooked. All it took was his warm welcome, a few sharp one-liners, and suddenly we were already picturing life here. He didn’t just make a great impression—he is the reason we chose this place. My wife and I have toured more places than we can count, but after meeting Gio, we canceled the rest. Why bother? He knows the property like the back of his hand, treats every resident like a VIP, and somehow makes a two-hour walkthrough feel like... catching up with an old friend. This community is impressive on its own, but Giovanni elevates it to a whole other level.

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the outstanding service you provided during our visit and in the days that followed. Your attention and professionalism truly stood out, making the entire experience a pleasant one.
Even though we ultimately decided not to move forward with the house, we truly appreciated your dedication, responsiveness, and the way you followed up with us without ever being intrusive. Your approach was thoughtful and respectful, which made a lasting... positive impression.

It's a nice community but management do not reinforce their rules. Residents don't pick their pets poop which is all over the place and around the pond. Also, people leave their trash outside their door all day not following the pick up schedule.
