Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. Guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement and may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and potentially complete a criminal background check for 28+ day stays. A 3% payment processing fee charged by Stripe is non-refundable. A $50 fee will be charged for checkouts more than 30 minutes past the listed checkout time, and a full night's rate will be charged for checkouts 2 hours or more late. Smoking is not allowed inside the property; if caught, you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. If bringing a pet, you must declare it when booking; a pet fee per pet will apply with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. No parties are allowed, and a noise monitoring device is used; zero tolerance for noise levels beyond normal conversation. Lost door keys or remote fobs will be charged a $150 replacement fee. All persons staying overnight must be accounted for on your guest list. Violations of house rules are grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons.
