Don’t Move Here
Do not move here. Full stop.
I removed my original one-star review to give this place another chance. That decision aged poorly.
I moved in May, and this property has already burned through four property managers. At this point, management turnover is not a problem—it is the business model. No continuity, no ownership, no follow-through. Just a rotating cast of people who inherit problems and pass them along without fixing anything.
The property is actively deteriorating:
• The gate operates... on pure chance—open when it shouldn’t be, broken when it matters
• The pool is neglected, with dirty furniture and unusable amenities
• The fire pit is a nonfunctional decoration
• The gate handle is broken
Maintenance requests don’t get resolved. They don’t get acknowledged. They simply disappear. Submitting one feels performative, not functional.
This place is marketed as upscale, but living here feels like being stuck in a long-running case study on how mismanagement erodes a property in real time. The potential is obvious, which only highlights how completely it’s being squandered.
If you are touring this property, cancel the tour. If you are considering signing a lease, don’t. If you already live here, you already understand. I’m leaving another one-star review because nothing has improved—and every indication says nothing will.
