City Summit Apartments

These apartments are horrible! Don’t waste your time. They do not respond to any maintenance request and every time I go to the office to check the status they say the request was never put in. Dumpsters are always over flowing and roaches are everywhere!

You do not want to lease with these people the entire complex is trash ?? the photos they are using to lure new tenants are not updated photos of the property nor the unit

Insect infestation is rampant. Maintenance takes forever to respond to work orders and when they do it isn't fixed properly. It took them 2 weeks to respond to a leak in the kitchen sink and then the repair lasted about 4 days before it was leaking worse than ever. I can't use my kitchen because there is no way to clean up. They repaired another leak before Christmas and they still have not finished with the replacement of the flooring and carpet damaged by the water. I'm actively looking... for a place to move to when the lease is up. Lee mas

I stay and have recently found out how much truly these apartments suck! They have roaches and all kinds of pest! The property is not safe at all. I witness drug deals and other property damage acts all the time. When the apartment management is confronted they act like they will take care of the problem but those are false words. Along with rent they charge all these additional fees so please read first before signing lease. They have horrible contract agreements with providers and you will end... up paying more than what is stated in the lease. Please save the trouble! About to break my lease its that serious. Lee mas

CITY SUMMIT or RADCO!!!! name doesn't matter and help at all while the people working at the leasing office are the same people from previous staff. we need to new faces and professional people who has the potential to resolve the customers problems effectively and timely. No one likes to deal with the same person who previously ignored your issue and totally lied to you about resolving it. I also noticed some recent changes in the management staff. which seems a positive sign, but there are... still some members from the previous staff. which is main problem, they still behave the same way the they did before. they ignore you and they ignore your issues. this is a great location, we were packed tightly in the 2015, it was hard to find a parking spot for your car, but recently people started to move out, because of the staff behavior towards them. it looks here deserted now. they felt they were over charged, their issues were deliberately ignored, they weren't welcome and respect when they visited the leasing office. I felt the exactly the same situation(not welcomed, not respected) when I visited the leasing office this morning and ran into a member of the previous staff. I waited for a while (34 minutes) and i was getting late for work, so I left without being helped. people get frustrated over and over and eventually they leave the place. some of my good neighbors left. I know many people who want to live here again but don't want to deal with the same people. I hope we have a welcoming and honest staff this year. Lee mas
