Contour Place Apartamentos

This is an old property. Emergency maintenance support is horrible. I've had to make a couple of emergency calls since I've moved in. A maintenance tech is supposed to call you within a couple of hours of the emergency request. This is the second in a row that has gone days without response of any kind.

I lived there for about four years and had a wonderful experience. I really appreciated Gloria being nice and responsible. She is very cautious and caring about almost everything on the property, which makes me feel very safe and comfortable. I would recommend anyone considering living here.

The management is fantastic and get repairs done very timely. They're always super helpful and friendly. The apartments themselves are pretty nice and they do renovations now and then to keep it up to date and looking nice. Plenty of parking, excellent location right off 281, easy to get onto I-10 or 410. Across the highway from the quarry and everything you need. Close enough to downtown, but has the quiet feel of not being downtown. Lots of parks in the area.

I have lived here for 3 years and would highly recommend this place to anyone! Convenient location at a great price for the area! Management and maintenance are fantastic!
