Lyric at The Merc Apartamentos

Have had an excellent experience here at Lyric at the Merc and will continue to enjoy my time staying here because we are renewing our lease. The only reason it is 4 stars, were cause of the little hiccups we had at the start. If I could rate it 4.5/5 I would, but I hope it'll reach 5 stars eventually! One thing I will say though is that the staff are some of the nicest people you will meet.

Amazing it’s so welcoming and homey here very comfortable and clean love the location and the team and management is great also along side the maintenance

Perfect move in, I liked my new apartment and all the amenities that Lyric at the Merc offers. Especially, being a UTSA student, being close to campus is great!

everything in the apartment looks good overall. There are just a couple of items that are either broken or scratched, but nothing major. Also the amenities are great

I just moved in on Jul 7th, and the accommodations are even better than I previously thought. The apartments themselves are amazing, the neighbors and people around us are very sweet, and the staff at the front office are eager to help any issue you have get solved. I'm very happy and excited to be living here.
