Lyric at The Merc Apartamentos

The amenities and customer service are great for the price. I would like to see an improvement on elevator, hallway, and stairway cleanliness. Unfortunately some residents do take their dogs on the elevators (not in strollers) and the dogs have had accidents that go unattended for days even when reported to the front office. The elevators also did not work twice in the span of 3 months and have ongoing issues with their buttons (building 4). The issues with the 3rd party trash service like lying... about why they didn’t pick up trash also should be looked into. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues which is appreciated. I would’ve liked to know beforehand that car racing is common in the area so we could take the noise into consideration before moving. There is a red car/mustang that repeatedly revs their engine and skids throughout the complex especially around the entrance. Residents also honk their horns excessively. Lee mas

So far my first day has been amazing! The staff were all wonderful and there was a bunch of places to park! I’m excited to start my new journey here!

Quiet enough for this phase of life. Not five stars because there is trash in the stairs of building 4. They are too picky with cardboard that I just throw it away my self. The elevator had dog pee for a week and no one cleaned it. Then the next day there was pee again on the floor. I put a paper towel on top of it for people to see it because they were just stepping on it. There is dog poop on grass. There is a lot of noise coming from lousy cars entering the community with really loud music.... I’m usually fine with it but sometimes is at 3 am. The internet is really slow and disconnects randomly after 12 am. Lee mas

Love the environment and maintenance staff is always on time when i set up maintenance appointments ! Very Generous staff in the office. Love living here.

I love how this community is gated and how well managed it is. The front office staff is so helpful and always willing to go above and beyond
