The amenities and customer service are great for the price. I would like to see an improvement on elevator, hallway, and stairway cleanliness. Unfortunately some residents do take their dogs on the elevators (not in strollers) and the dogs have had accidents that go unattended for days even when reported to the front office. The elevators also did not work twice in the span of 3 months and have ongoing issues with their buttons (building 4). The issues with the 3rd party trash service like lying... about why they didn’t pick up trash also should be looked into. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues which is appreciated. I would’ve liked to know beforehand that car racing is common in the area so we could take the noise into consideration before moving. There is a red car/mustang that repeatedly revs their engine and skids throughout the complex especially around the entrance. Residents also honk their horns excessively.
