First year on my own and for my first apartment it’s been a great experience so far. Always in the repairs too whenever you need it. I can tell they are getting better too.

Pretty good overall. Things get done, maybe not timely, but done regardless. Maintenance is good and area is fairly clean with little damage

Good environment with plenty of activities, rent is as expected for the area and is close enough to where transport is available as well as for food

Apartments are okay overall, but there are lots of insects on the stairs that need to be addressed.

The apartments are generally okay and comfortable, but there’s a major issue with insects on the stairs. Regular pest control or cleaning would really help improve it.

Good move in experience, friendly staff members and a great location close to campus . Had some issues occasionally with my room unit but other than that it's been good .
