It has been four months since we moved in to Broadstone. All the staff at the lease office is very cooperative , helpful and promptly response to our queries and problems.

I really loved the Staff, Stephanie did a great job, she was so professional and very accommodating with us. She showed us several apartments and guide us through all the application process.

I was encouraged when a new management company took over and brought in new amenities like valet trash, but my excitement quickly turned to annoyance. You pay for valet trash in addition to your rent and you cannot opt out of it. This so called "amenity" has been nothing but a headache and frankly a pay for nothing "amenity." Several times a month they do not pick up my trash and despite numerous emails to management and the Valet Living company, the problem is never fixed. They just take your... money and you don't come close to getting what you pay for. In addition, numerous residents fail to put their bags of trash in the Valet bins and instead leave then on the ground where they leak and attract flies, ants, and cockroaches. Despite repeatedly notifying management about these lease violations and a promise by them to address it with the residents and take care of the issue, they continue to leave their trash on the ground. The insulation in these apartments is also poor. It takes hours to cool your apartment a few degrees when you change the thermostat. The outside walls are always constantly hot during the summer because then insulation is so poor. I would look elsewhere when looking for an apartment.

Unclean, filthy, bad management. The worst place I have ever seen - bed bugs cockroaches and mice is the norm here. Lack of maintenance, broken light fixtures, broken locks, doors and window screens. Unsafe community and amenities are old and unusable.
