Avila Apartamentos

My overall experience at Avila was okay. The apartment itself was decent and I didn’t have too many issues while living there. However, the overcharging on rent was a serious problem. There were times I was billed incorrectly, and it was stressful trying to get everything sorted out — especially since my portion of the rent wasn’t even clearly established at first. They are pretty good about fixing maintenance issues. Their towing policy is horrible and personally I believe they have some deal woth the towing g company to get kickbacks.

So far it’s the best. I love the amenities and how quiet it is out here. Outside it always clean and well kept. Maintenance is great . Love it here it turned out waaaay better than we even expected for our first apartment.

Very quit and clean place . I reported an incident last week that got fixed immediately . The short response time was amazing compared to other areas I lived . Keep the good work . Thanks

Loving the atmosphere here. My family and I are truly enjoying our lovely place. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are great. Our location is perfect. We are so glad that we moved here.
