Pinnacle Apartments

The living situation is a little cramped, as the bedrooms are very small for two people to be sharing. Same with the bathroom area being very crowded and small for 4 people all together. The apartments aren't really cleaned deeply before move in and there are many areas within the bathroom and kitchen that need it. Many things need repairing inside the apartment but it can be difficult to get ahold of the manager and to get them to actually do anything about it without the tenant being... persistent in reminding and asking. The price is all upfront, which can be nice because there is no monthly rent, but would be difficult if you were needing to move in the middle of the school year, as you would have to find someone to buy our your contract. Layout of apartments aren't very practical ( I believe this was a home turned into apartments) and there isn't always parking spaces available. The apartments ARE very close to campus and its very easy to walk to and from classes. The neighborhood is also fairly nice. Overall its a good place if you're tight on money or are just starting school and need an off campus living arrangement, but long-term and for someone who has a little more leeway with rent money may want to look elsewhere.
