Nice community, Ok with maintenance. Reasonable rents compared to other rentals in the area. Mail service is good. Friendly management. Sometimes, dog poo, rowdy kids, and overflowing dumpsters become a nuisance. The pool, hot tub and fitness equipment are often unavailable for use due to disrepair. Nice playground area. No dedicated dog use area. Generally quiet and clean. Trees keep dying and getting removed and not replaced.

I have only lived here for 2 months and have already experienced issues. There is several kids who live here and because they throw their garbage on the lawn the maintenance guy keeps accusing me and my son of the garbage because it happens to be near my apt which there are 7 others near me, but he harasses me so much that management has told me to take pictures. I don't even have my kid 50% of the time and I have to clean all the kids garbage so the maint. Guy doesn't harass me about the... garbage and when i told him he started mocking me and yelling at me. My neighbor calls on me for every thing, she doesn't like any kids playing near the apartment complex because they are too loud it's ridiculous. The pool is closed all of the time recently it's been closed for 2 weeks because kids are being destructive what could someone to that is so bad that it has to be closed most the time? It's ridiculous just take the pool out and put a playground that doesn't consist of a couple bars. The only play ground here is just a few scrap metal bars by the way. I've lived in magna my whole life and I never expected this place to be so miserable. This place is ok if you keep to yourself and have no kids. Lee mas
