I love living at Brigham so much. Everyone who works there is very friendly and professional. Max, Julls, Nate, and Carl are always great at making sure to get work orders done in a timely manner too, within reason. Chelsea, Alyssa, and Roberto are very good at following up with any lease questions and are very helpful with any resident needs. Highly recommend living at Brigham. The building and team is top notch!

I’ve had a great experience living at Brigham Apartments. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels genuinely safe. The location is perfect, close to downtown, work, and everything I need day-to-day. The amenities are modern and thoughtful, and management is always responsive and easy to work with.
Overall, Brigham Apartments has been a wonderful place to call home, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-run community.

I have lived at Brigham for about 4 months so far and absolutely love it! I would highly recommend it to anyone. Somethings that I have loved so far: the walkability in the area, the office staff is very friendly and responsive, maintenance is good with completing work orders in a timely manner (within reason), amenity spaces are clean and well kempt, plenty of parks nearby for me to take my dog to, the residents there are friendly, and they put on some fun resident events as well! Roberto,... Alyssa, Max, Chelsea, Julls, Patrick, and Carl do such a great job! Thank you Brigham team for all of your hard work!

I absolutely love living at Brigham Apartments! The community is always clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The staff truly goes above and beyond. They’re friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. Maintenance is top-notch; Carl and the team are always out on the property making sure everything looks great and works perfectly. The location can’t be beat, and the amenities make day-to-day life so easy and comfortable. You can tell the whole team takes pride in the... community and really cares about the residents. I’m so happy to call Brigham Apartments home!

i've had a great experience so far living at the Brigham. i specifically love the library/work/study room. it's great when having important meetings and school work. The entire team is great to work with and very helpful.
