i've had a great experience so far living at the Brigham. i specifically love the library/work/study room. it's great when having important meetings and school work. The entire team is great to work with and very helpful.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Brigham Apartments! The community is clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t be better — everything downtown is within walking distance, but the building still feels peaceful and quiet. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They truly go above and beyond for all the residents that live here, and I love that they always remember my name. The maintenance team is quick to respond and keeps everything running smoothly... .
The amenities are a huge plus — the pool, hot tub, and new gym are all well cared for, and the coffee bar is a great touch. The recent updates have made the property look fresh and modern. Overall, Brigham Apartments truly feels like home, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live in downtown SLC!
