Animal friendly, up to 2 animals maximum, breed restricted.** Pet deposit and monthly pet rent per pet.

The resident is responsible for the renter’s insurance & all utilities including:
-$15 per month for assigned storage unit
-$45 per month for common area maintenance
-$6.50 per month utility billing fee
-$75 per month for Internet Service
-$30 per month for Covered parking-Only One Space Per Apartment
-$15 Property Tax
-Electric & Gas will be billed based on usage


Move-in Costs
$350 Cleaning fee
$250 Lease initiation fee
$199 refundable deposit – this amount may vary based on application screening results
$25 one time utility startup fee

**Breed Restrictions will apply. Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarias, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf or Wolf Hybrids; or any mix of these.
The only exception to this policy would be for animals that are designed as service/assistance animals. Assistance animals must be approved with the required documentation.

Si quieres que tu solicitud de mantenimiento tarde 3 meses, múdate aquí. Si quieres que el apartamento se inunde y que tarden 5 días en limpiarlo, múdate aquí. Si no quieres que la administración conteste nunca el teléfono, múdate aquí. Cuando me mudé, había orina seca junto al inodoro y parecía que nunca lo habían limpiado. Las fotos del anuncio también son antiguas. No te mudes aquí. Sé que el precio es atractivo, por eso me mudé. No vale la pena.

No te mudes aquí. En serio, es el complejo peor administrado. Si el estacionamiento que lleva más de un mes destrozado no te lo deja claro, no sé qué decir.
