I love it

I have absolutely loved living here. It is clean and quiet. The leasing manager Tatiana is so friendly and made sure everything went well moving in. Communication continues to be great. Maintenance was laughably fast, it took around 15 minutes to complete after I submitted the request. Neighbors are friendly, amenities are great. Location is nice. Only small complaints are the valet trash and cable are required to be enrolled. Overall I highly recommend living here.

Great place to live in ASA place environment to live at.

I find this place very comfortable, livable and satisfying to everybody that lives here. The residence in management is excellent for everything that they do I am blessed to have a good management here that treats me well and kindness.

Love living here

I’ve been living in Moda Bonne ville since may 2024, and I don’t think I will move out as long as I live in Salt Lake City. The community is great, apartments are modern and spacious , great amenities and amazing management. Every time I needed help or had a question , they were always on top of it

Poorly managed

Overall experience: Poor, though there were some redeeming qualities, they were outweighed by ongoing management and billing issues.
Pros:
- Responsive Maintenance: The maintenance staff were consistently helpful, quick to respond, and did great work throughout my lease.
- Clean Common Areas: The cleaning staff kept the building spotless; hallways, entryways, and shared areas were always well maintained.
- Quiet Neighbors: I rarely if ever had issues with noise or disruptive neighbors. Most...
residents at least around me kept to themselves and were respectful.

Cons:
- Unprofessional Leasing Office: The lead leasing staff member, was extremely difficult to work with. She was frequently out of office, rarely returned calls or emails, and routinely avoided resolving tenant concerns. She also had a habit of inserting her personal opinions into tenant matters, rather than handling situations objectively or professionally. In my experience, she sometimes made inaccurate or unsubstantiated claims and was quick to shift blame instead of taking accountability. The other leasing staff member seemed inexperienced and was often unaware of what was going on.
- Theft in Parking Area: The parking lot has a serious theft issue. My locked motorbike was stolen, and I heard similar complaints from other residents. The issue was ongoing with no meaningful improvements made.
- Constant Rate Increases: Despite being a reliable tenant, I experienced frequent and significant rent and fee increases and not just on base rent, but also for parking and other add-ons.
- High Monthly Charges: Expect to pay significantly more than the advertised rent. My actual monthly bill was around $400 more than the base rent once all recurring fees were included and this did not include gas or electricity.
- Artificial Scarcity Tactics: Management would claim limited parking availability to justify rate increases, even though there were always empty spots. Staff would frequently double-park in an area that clearly had space available.
- Frivolous Fees: There seemed to be a constant effort to tack on additional charges wherever possible, from small administrative fees to charges that felt unnecessary or excessive.

Don't move here

The elevator has been broken multiple times since I moved in. The management are disorganized. They made a mistake and did not charge me for pet fees and deposit when I moved in. I didn't realize it. They suddenly posted a $400 charge for it to my account without warning and gave me only a few days to pay it, right at the end of my lease. They lost the records I provided to them about my pets then accused me of violating my lease when I didn't want to provide them a second time. It's over-priced... and poorly managed. I've never left a bad review for any landlord before in my life. Run!
