Hello there, We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had with us. After reviewing our records, we found that only one service request regarding mice was submitted by your unit on 4/3/24. Upon receipt of this request, our onsite team... promptly added you to the vendor's treatment list for resolution. Unfortunately, no further service requests were created thereafter. It's essential for residents experiencing pest issues to create service requests so our vendor can address them effectively. We can only assist with issues brought to our attention. Regarding the charges incurred upon moving out of the community, our billing team provided you with photos to justify the charges for the stove and microwave. During move-out inspections, our team evaluates the condition of the unit, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in charges. We strive to maintain transparency in our processes and ensure that all charges are justified. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for sharing your experience.
