Fillmore Garden Apartments

DO NOT LIVE IN FILLMORE GARDEN. You will hear your neighbor snoring or coughing. The walls are super thin. God forbid you have a child above you because they scream and run and you’ll hear it. Whoever is above you dictates when you sleep and wake up. This place is so nasty and gross and dirty. They don’t clean the washing machines. No central AC no range disposals. No microwaves. Bare bones living in a cesspool with roaches.

This place is a complete disaster. The only two positives are its location and price. The staff is unprofessional, clueless, and outright rude, constantly imposing unnecessary rules on tenants. You’d think this was a luxury apartment with the way they micromanage everything. It’s one thing for the apartment itself to be subpar, but when the management is just as bad, it makes everything worse. The current manager, Miriam, and her team are only in it for the money. The place was much better... before they took over. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Lee mas

I would give the apartment complex 0 stars if I could. Management does not take resident concerns seriously and the pest control is a joke. No sense of accountability, no empathy for the resident inconvenience. Buildings are old and infested with bugs.

I was looking for a place and saw these. dont be fooled. oven needed replacing, I saw rats my first day, and ive had chronic ants and spider problems. it also smells like weed everywhere. avoid this place.
