Sundance Ridge

I was stuck here for 2 years and it was terrible. The grounds aren’t looked after or well kept, no one cleans up after their pets either. Laundry facility usually has most machines down and is always dirty. There is no office on site or management so nothing is looked after. You can find much better places to live in the area for the same price.

I'm a graduate student at Virginia Tech. When I was showed this apartment (501) on the first floor, it seemed like a cute, quiet place. Perfect for a single graduate student. It is CHEAPLY constructed, NOISY, and the property managers are horrible. The floors above keep me up at night because they squeak and creek all night. You can hear just about everything that you neighbors do next to you and above you. I had to take the property manager to court to get them to fix the floors and then when... they fixed them, the "fix" lasted for about two weeks. I will say that they reimbursed me the filing fee for taking them to court.

I have emailed and called the landlord several times since the floors began making the same bad creaking noise and they have ignored me. Thankfully, I'm graduating here in a few weeks but I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
