Terrace Townhomes of Gunston

Every year is getting worse at this neighborhood. A lot of weed smokers everywhere, even inside the units, landlords and office don't care about your claims. It's really unpleasant to try to have a walk and encounter dog poop on the sidewalks/ grass. If you can avoid moving here or buying a property here, do so.

This neighborhood is GARBAGE and so is the management. The condition of the property/neighborhood is atrocious.
There is garbage everywhere. If you don't clean up the dirty diapers, fast food wrappers, wine and beer bottles yourself, they will stay there for MONTHS. The street sign onto Hagel Circle has been down for 8 months (NO EXCUSE, MANAGEMENT).
My husband just watched one of our repugnant neighbors run over an innocent groundhog ON PURPOSE! Why you ask? Because this ignoramus believed... it to be a rabid raccoon. I'm not kidding. These are the despicable humans you live next to and witness here. This is what you get at Terrace Townhomes of Gunston. Take it from me.

If you would like to deal with the most evil property manager you have ever seen, go ahead and rent one of these. I bought a condo a year ago and can not live with the fact that my kids are terrified of this woman. She has no manners, she is evil, she hates kids and many agree that the is the most hateful person that a property can have.
