Brook Creek Crossings Apartamentos

I used to see this complex as a sought after place, however, over the years the property has gotten neglected by management. Now the management has been changed over and again still getting neglected. There are soo many repairs needed and at the point where some of the rent payers do not have working heat or ac. The rental office cannot be freely accessed d/t management feeling uncomfortable with having the rental office door unlocked as if the tenants are criminals. As far as I know there is a... background check for new applicants. This apartment complex can be saved with much repair and kindness to the rent payers who are already there. Lee mas

Nice, clean and quite neighborhood. The management is great, if you have a problem they address it right away.

We love the neighborhood, the schools, the maintenance and the up to date apartment. My family is so grateful to have found such a great place for us. The neighbors are friendly and quite. The complex is excellent at keeping the grounds clean and maintained. The office is great at handling any issues that arrive even to a bulb being out. We also love the location. We are only minutes from a theatre shopping centers, library or doctors. It's just a great place to live.
