If you love mice, mold, roaches, apartment leaks, neighborhood floods every time it rain, and getting your car broke into every couple of months then this is the place for you. If you love short snarky answers (if you get an answer) when you call the rental office. Then look no further.

Lived here for just shy of 2 years and I have a whole list of reasons to not live here.

Only some units have washers/dryers from what I understand. The rest of the apartments are left to fight over the 6 washers and 6 dryers in the laundry facility. Laundry facility is not open 24 hours, so good luck if you want clean clothes.

They raised our rent at the start of our second lease despite not adding anything to the complex at all.

I heard someone's car got stolen right out of the parking lot... , but there's no security cameras on the property to help the owner.

Only one parking spot is provided per unit and there's extremely limited visitor parking. Street parking is NOT safe at all! Lots of cars with busted windows and damage. This website says there are 2 spaces per unit which is NOT TRUE!

There is no clubhouse like this website mentions. The fitness center does exist, but the equipment is old and only half of the equipment works. Only available when the laundry facility is open.

Neighborhood overall is not very good. Sketchy to say the least.

The paint job is awful in the unit we moved into. Typical "landlord special" where they paint over everything from door hinges to dust. They even painted the bathtub which is now peeling, cracking, and nasty. Not exactly friendly to those who have younger kids or potential mold allergies.

Water heater in the unit is also very small. You'd be lucky to have hot water long enough for a 20 minute shower. Then you have to wait a while if you had dishes to do!

The one thing I can give props to is maintenance. Excellent guys and they're super friendly. They're always ready to help. Other than those outstanding gentlemen, I have nothing good to say about living here. Lee mas

Sick and tired of calling the office when you know they are in there and they don't answer the phone. Property manager always had a nasty attitude. I can not wait until my lease is up SICK OF IT!!!!! OH and they had the audacity to go up even higher on the rent and know we are in a pandemic!!!!

Place is trash. Manager is NEVER there! I thought I was going crazy when I keep getting letters saying I having payed rent when there’s proof on my bank statement and paplease (where I pay rent) saying that the money came out with no problem until I saw another tenant saying that they have the same problem too. My friend who also lives here is going through the same issue. Whenever you go to the office for the manager, she’s not there but they expect you to pay them within 5 days!!
