Horrible place to live
Worst management that I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve encountered so many issues here that when I share stories about my experiences here, people are in shock. They always ask me “well did you at least get your rent free for a month or discounted for all the trouble that you went through?” Nope, management doesn’t care and you just have to suffer through. Here’s a few things I’ve experienced while living here: not having mailbox keys for several months, doors to get inside of the building... malfunctioning, a leak coming from my ceiling flooding my kitchen, my back sliding glass door not locking, my toilet not flushing for multiple days, not having hot water even though I paid all my bills on time, and their online rent portal not working. Home is where you go to rest and relax. In my experience at gravity-home is where you will go to stress and suffer.
