I lived here for a year and the property manager is very unprofessional and will not answer the phone if you have questions. There’s a lot of bugs especially during the summer I scooted my fridge back once and seen dozens of them!!!!

This is the absolute worst place to live. The office staff is the worst. They do not actually care about the tenants living there. Don’t believe these fake 5 star reviews! You’d be better off living in your car!

Tasha is amazing !!!! Everyone attitude sucks so much but I been living out here for a year and 4 months and Tasha has always been kind and very helpful, don’t kno what they would do without her. My apartment is very spacious I have a lot of room in my two bedroom. They should fix the park for the kids, those roads , and do something about people bringing bad company around starting violence. Stone ridge isn’t bad it’s people allowing outsiders in!

At first it was a good decision for a starter apartment, but over time I changed my mind. My first incident was two weeks after I moved in my pilot light on my stove went out, they took over a month to come and check. When they finally did come they asked was it my oven. Next incident was ants. Terminix lied and said they came to my apartment and they didn't because I was home all day but the rent office called and said they didn't have the right key. Next incident was evidence of mice, I... called the after hours line and they acted like they did not care. Finally my tub constantly dripping water and changing the color of my tub. I've called multiple times and was basically told because we don't pay water and it is not running on the floor that its not a priority. So overall I will not be renewing my lease and I have only been living here almost 7 months, and each month it has just gotten worse. They have attitudes when you call for a problem They come to fix things whenever they feel like. You get what you pay for , so if you can look for other options please consider them.
