Unprofessional
Getting in touch with the leasing office was quite challenging — they rarely answered calls, and their voicemail box was full. I eventually managed to reach someone once to schedule an appointment to view an upcoming flat. The day before the appointment, I tried calling several times to confirm, as I found it unusual that they hadn’t reached out by phone or email. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get through.
On the day of the appointment, I called again with no response. I decided to take a chance... and arrived on time, only to find the office doors locked. A sign on the door said a leasing agent would return in two hours.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this property.
