The elevator has been on a service since the move my son is moving from New Jersey he is residing in the 4th floor management asked me if I could ask to movers to bring the furniture up the four flights of steps. I advise them they would charge extra so I am down here since June 14th without anything except the items that fit in the car. There was an incident where my daughter was bit by a wasp that had a nest on the balcony. Management took care of it as soon as I bought the issue to their... attention. Unfortunately we still can't move my sons stuff down sleeping on the floor and gave in and purchased a blow up mattress. Otherwise I would say staff is wonderful Jill and Alexis have tried to accommodate to the best of their capabilities. Disappointing the elevator still not working had nothing to do management they did mention that the storm that happened a couple of nights ago with the lightning caused the issue with the elevator. I’ve enjoyed my time here, the reason for 3 stars is making do to the fact that I have been woken up numerous times from the fire alarm going off at 11pm-4am on work nights. It also was hard to ever get ahold of anyone in the office

apartment is lovely! It’s well-designed, cozy, and has such a great vibe. I really enjoyed the natural light in the rooms. Management is arranging party for residents all over the months, food truck and property managers are very nice and friendly

The complex is nice and quiet. It is nice they have an elevator making the move very easy. The interiors are very well maintained and very clean.
