A real community

They are fast to respond to questions and don't mind answering. I recently toured with Jeri and it felt like a community the minute I walked in the door. Jeri is very friendly and honest. Along the tour we ran into multiple residents, their interactions were like long time friends. Facilities are very clean, modern and well kept. Highly recommend!

Yes at Summer House you'll find a great apartment with lots of amenities such as a full size side by side washer and dryer, free covered parking and a great location that rivals a world class beach resort. But many other apartments can offer you... those things too. What sets Summer House apart from all the rest is that as a resident of Summer House you can place your trust in its outstanding management team. The onsite staff at Summer House take pride in not only Summer House but in themselves and their commitment to all the residents who desire an apartment home to be proud of.

Excellent Maintenance Service

Brandon, maintenance supervisor, and Richard, maintenance technician responded quickly to a water leak problem I had and promptly fixed the problem. They both are always very courteous, professional and willing to help with any maintenance problems and concerns in a timely manner.
I truly appreciate their excellent service. They are VALUABLE members of the Summer House staff! I also appreciated the follow up phone call from Lyn, assistant community manager, to make sure the maintenance issue was... resolved. Lyn, also is always friendly, courteous, and professional.

Best place to live

Its one of the best places i have lived with amazing and very Professional stuff and team
Very respect full and they treat you like real family
I would recommend it to anyone
Thats where you find that love and you will never want to leave them
Summer house it was a honor to meet you guys miss you all And especially BRIANNA she is one of the best Miss you dearly and thank you for every single minute that you guys spent with us????
