Our newest addition to Finney Crossing is 280 Holland Lane, where 65 new pet friendly rental apartments just opened June 1st. Included are a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and even studio... apartment residences. They're all part of our environmentally friendly, walkable / bikable downtown residential neighborhood, which provides easy access to restaurants, movies, shopping and more. Apartment amenities include extra-large windows, energy-star rated, stainless-steel appliances, a work-out room complete with fitness equipment, and underground parking -- all provided at no extra charge. Have pets? Our new apartments are pet friendly and this new building even features a dog wash area.

We are proud to provide a green living experience. All of our lighting and energy expenditures are offset by rooftop solar panels.

Administración poco servicial, paredes delgadas como el papel
Finney Crossing era un buen lugar, pero las paredes son muy delgadas y no aíslan bien el ruido. De hecho, podíamos oír al tipo roncando en el apartamento de al lado. Además, la administración no fue directa al avisarnos que los equipos de construcción estarían afuera del edificio haciendo ruido antes de las 6 de la mañana casi todas las mañanas. Fue terrible. Además, no esperen que la administración les haga ningún favor. Tuvimos que cancelar el contrato de arrendamiento del mejor apartamento... del edificio porque nos fuimos del estado, y en lugar de alquilarlo a tiempo, nos cobraron casi dos meses que no vivimos allí. ¿Hicieron algo malo? ¿No? ¿Nos ayudaron cuando fácilmente podrían haberlo hecho? No, y cobraron $3,700 en cheques de alquiler por nuestros últimos 9 días viviendo allí. También retuvieron nuestro depósito todo el tiempo que les permitió la ley. En resumen, prepárense para desembolsarlo si alquilan en esta empresa y no esperan favores ni poca cortesía de la administración. Siendo justos, sin embargo, un par de los encargados de mantenimiento fueron muy amables.

Apartamentos Finney
Buena ubicación, espacioso, nuevo. Las paredes son delgadas y de material barato, por lo que se puede escuchar a los vecinos. Bonita piscina y gimnasio. Buen estacionamiento. Limpian las áreas comunes con frecuencia y las calles y aceras están bien mantenidas; limpian la nieve con frecuencia.
