Driveway parking available for use. Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome and we charge $50/night for your pet(s).
You'll be close to everyday essentials, parks, shopping, and just a short drive from Newcastle Golf Course, T-Mobile headquarters, downtown Bellevue, and scenic hiking trails in nearby Coal Creek and Cougar Mountain.
The garage is not available for use and is not advertised for use as part of the rental. Portable AC units are installed in the primary bedroom and two of the other bedrooms. All guest-accessible areas—including the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen—are located on the main level. The lower level offers access to a laundry room and a bathroom. While there are additional locked rooms in the home, they are not part of the rental and remain unoccupied at all times. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
