NO PARKING!!!!!!

The condos themselves are pretty spacious. I do enjoy that our 2 bedroom unit has 2.5 baths. The buildings themselves are fairly new which is also nice. The frustration is the parking and the roads to get to the location. They promise 1 garage space and the other is a first come, first serve spot, leading you to believe that there is one other additional parking space. However, this additional space is non-existent. Unless you arrive from work by 4pm, you cannot find parking space anywhere near... the unit that you live in. There are not enough slots for all of the residents living in the condo. The majority of the tenants are forced to park in the street, which has a lot of restrictions due to fire lanes. It has gotten so bad that tenants have stopped caring about the fire lanes and just end up parking anywhere at the risk of having their cars towed because there just isn't parking anywhere! There are more and more condo complexes being built around the area, and only 1 lane to get to all of these condos with a 25mph speed limit. It's a 25 minute drive from the bottom of 164th and bothell everett hwy to the actual condo, which if built correctly, should only take a 10 minute drive, at most. But everyone is forced to stay in more bumper to bumper traffic just to get home. It's incredibly frustrating and will only get worse!!
