We couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Timbers! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make our move seamless and exciting. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made all the difference and helped us move into our dream home with confidence.

Having previously lived in one of their sister communities, we were already familiar with the quality and... care the management provides, but it was the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in our lease that truly set The Timbers apart. They made us feel valued and welcomed, and that level of service played a huge role in choosing this property over others.

Have been a resident of this community since last year. Average townhomes, but what really shocked us today was the behavior of one of their leasing staff. By the way, the incident today wasn't the first time this person behaved this way with us.
My husband was having a polite discussion with her on phone regarding the ongoing lease renewal for our townhome when all of a sudden she started using a very rude tone. My husband mentioned to her politely that he doesn't appreciate the tone being... used, as a response to which she responded even more arrogantly and rudely. We have never been treated/spoken to so badly in this country so far!! I am shocked and disappointed. It hurts when the place you call your "home" is where you get treated so badly. It took us a while to pull ourselves out of this incident, and now we are seriously considering leaving this community sooner than planned.. only because of the unacceptable behavior of the staff! Good place but extremely disrespectful leasing staff. Lee mas

the application processes were very easy and strait forward. I had a very pleasant experience to work with Thadeus and Alexia from the management. the apartment was in very good shape at the time of my move in and i can strongly recommend this community

Conveniently located; the staff are nice; beautiful grounds; rents are fair and the best deal in the area; fantastic views

The process and application was streamlined, leasing was very generous and courteous, and the neighborhood is overall peaceful and quiet.
