Beachwood Homes in Kirkland

We've been living at Beachwood Homes in Kirkland for the past couple of years, and I honestly can't say enough good things about it. From day one, it has felt more like a community than just an apartment complex.

The management team is incredible—always friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live. You can tell they really care about the residents and want everyone to feel at home here.

And I have to give a special shoutout to our maintenance worker—he’s an... absolute gem! He’s always so cheerful and goes out of his way to help. Whether it's a quick fix or something a little more involved, he handles everything with such a positive attitude. It makes a big difference knowing that kind of support is just a call away.

One of our favorite things about living here is the location. Being right across from the lake is such a dream—we walk there all the time. And the overall vibe of the community is so peaceful, welcoming, and well taken care of.

My girlfriend and I moved into Beachwood Homes in October of this last year and are loving it so far. Great location in regards to the beach, park, and downtown Jaunita. Additionally, the property management team has been extremely responsive and helpful with the move-in process and has made getting any maintenance done a breeze. The apartment itself has a very modern feel, is very spacious, and comes with new appliances that are a huge upgrade from my last abode (we love the remote-controlled... fireplace for these longer winter nights). It's a private and cozy place that we are enjoying turning into our home in our next chapter together. Friendly neighbors and multiple parking spots certainly don't hurt as well. The apartments are well located near to the beach, parks.and Juanita Village. My apartments was very modern and was well equipped with appliances. Management was very responsive and helpful. It was a great place to live.

I have found the best of both worlds here to include close access to Juanita Beach Park and a vibrant neighborhood, along with an overall peaceful and quiet environment surrounding the apartment complex.
This former homeowner of 35 plus years enjoys almost hassle-free apartment living where my repair requests, from changing outside light bulbs to replacing a major appliance, have been expeditiously addressed by the management staff."

"These are great apartments in a great area. Best apartments I've ever lived in! I moved here about 3 years ago and let me just say that I have never been so happy to live in any apartment building before. Lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. An absolutely positive experience from the moment on I submitted my maintenance request until the time it was finished. Nothing but professionalism and kindness, and a genuine sense of care.The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The... neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, friendly place to live that is close to everything.
