The Team At A'Cappella Apartments

We were very happy here but now they are kicking us out saying they are going to renovate the building. We requested to be relocated to another apartment and were denied of relocation or to honor the price on our lease for the next apartment we apply to here. I'm doubting on the renovation and thinking they are just looking to jack up the prices and make it unaffordable for us.

It’s unlikely that you got a parking spot after 8pm, but they absolutely refuse to address this issue. Also your neighbor scratch your car, I got paint damage for 3 times, because very narrow parking spot, or just because you park at the spot even it’s public but your neighbor think it’s theirs.

I have lived here for almost 6 months now, my first apartment ever. The process was fast and easy and the management team is nothing but amazing! They really help you as best as they can to make sure you are comfortable and get what you are looking for. Maintenance is amazing as well, very fast to respond and makes sure everything is done well. The apartment it self is definitely old, you can feel your neighbors walk around, and hear them occasionally but nothing too serious. Also these... apartments are right in the middle of shopping centers, lots of stuff to do. I would recommend anyone to live here if you are just starting off!
