Neighbor kitty corner downstairs is very noisy, foot traffic/kids, some residents speed thru parking lot, other than that, I enjoy my place.

Alderwood park is a great place to live for the location. The trees everywhere make it even better. Been here two years and my only complaint isn’t related to the complex as a whole. Just bad neighbors that the complex staff won’t do much about. Suppose that risk is anywhere though.
The prices were reasonable at the beginning, but the market has wildly inflated that. The kicker is here though that they’ll charge you extra for potential water damage every month, even if your renters insurance... covers that. So…that’s fun.

During my time here, the staff has always been friendly. Especially the property managers. Sometimes they notice things before we do and have been quick to call us to help get it fixed. The maintenance staff is always quick to reply and is always available to help. And everybody here is just friendly and polite.

I've lived here for over a year and a half and the experience has been very good. The location is convenient to almost everything - Mall, groceries, Costco, etc. and is very close to the freeway for access to the city. Above all, however, it is safe, quiet and the neighbors seem respectful. Also, Kecia at the front office is wonderful to deal with.

I have lived at Alderwood Park for over six years and I can say it’s a very nice place to live. The rent is reasonable, the location is great and the staff has always been so nice and helpful.
