There is a reason for the high vacancy in such a new community

The homeless community across the road constantly harassed me. They have had the fire department called 4 times in the last month for setting massive blazes at 3 am in the forest. I don't feel safe here.

2 stars a best.

Staff is ignorant. The lady trying to get us to sign up literally said to me"I don't understand your logic".

The convenient 24/7 Amazon hub:
Actually not so convenient, nor 24/7.
If you work long days, prepare to miss your opportunity to pick up you packages. What is the point of getting your packages delivered next/ 2 days with prime, if you can't even take them out of the hub until DAYS after delivered...

Update #1:
Left work early to make it right before the office closed. To pick up a... package. 5:55pm, closed.

Other rants:

Garage parking
If a power outage happens while you are parked in the garage... prepare to call an uber. Garage door has no manual crank, brilliant!

Reviews:

5 star reviews seem illegitimate, other tenants seem to be frustrated at best. Who's providing 5 star reviews? Idk.

Beautiful Apartments - Amazing Staff!

Over halfway through our current lease and we are loving Allegro! Office staff are always friendly and quick to help with anything or answer questions. Apartments are brand new and beautiful, also insulated very well so we don’t hear anything at all from neighbors or outside. We had a small maintenance issue and Abel was so quick to respond and help us out. He’s always a friendly face to see around the property, also always willing to help with any other questions we have about the apartments.... Thank you!!

Amazing staff!


My boyfriend and I moved here in November and we rent a 2x2. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and we haven’t had any problems with anything. We ultimately decided to move here because Jami and Abel managed our previous apartment complex and you really don’t find quality landlords or maintenance staff like them at any other apartments, they are so nice and have continuously exceeded our expectations for the past three years. They constantly go above and beyond for their residents. The... move in process was so easy and quick and our maintenance requests are always taken care of right away.
