The main level features an open living room with a Smart TV and fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Step out to the upper deck for morning coffee, evening wine, or peekaboo Puget Sound views. The primary bedroom includes a cozy reading nook and an ensuite bath. The children’s loft, accessible from the living room, is stocked with books and toys, providing a perfect play space for younger travelers. The lower level features two bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room. A lounge nook leads out to the lower covered patio with a swing chair and outdoor seating. From the lower patio, head down to the fire pit area.
Parking is available for two cars in the driveway and free street parking is also available. The Solo Stove fire pit is yours to use during the stay, though firewood is not provided. Electricity allowance of 75 kWh per day is included, with any excess billed post-stay.
Located in the heart of West Seattle, this home balances laid-back charm with city convenience. The Junction is a 5–10 minute walk to shops, restaurants, cafés, and local favorites. North Admiral is 5 minutes by car for even more dining and boutique shopping. Alki Beach is less than 10 minutes away for beach days, sunset strolls, and waterfront dining. Lincoln Park is 10 minutes away for forested trails, waterfront views, and the saltwater pool. Downtown Seattle is 10–15 minutes by car or water taxi. Explore local coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques nearby, or head down to the beach for sunsets and waterfront strolls.
The children’s loft is accessed via a steep ladder, and young children should not climb or play in the loft without direct adult supervision. Minimal window coverings in some areas may require a sleep mask if sensitive to light. A noise-monitoring device is installed, though no audio is recorded. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Pets are not allowed, and there is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy indoors. Guests must be 18 or older and present during the stay. Self check-in is available, providing full privacy during your visit.
