Exterior of Property is filthy and unkempt

How long are you going to leave the gigantic brown couch in the front of your property? How long are you going to leave that nasty mattress and box spring in the alley behind your building. Are you ever going to pick up the trash along the curbline in front of your building? Ever thought of providing and exterior garbage can and an ashtray for all of your residents who throw their garbage and butts on the sidewalk and road in front of your building? Why can't you pick up the garbage on the... north and east sides of your building?
